David Gray, Oasis, & Coldplay Donate Goods For Charity Auction

In the spirit of giving, a number of bands have donated items for auction for the current Mines Advisory Group (MAG) event. MAG, who raise funds to clear mines in war-torn areas of the world (Cambodia, Angola, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Kosovo and more), as well as help peoples displaced or injured by mines, are conducting their auction online now through December 10, as well as having the final in-person auction on that date at the Circle Club in Manchester. The majority of the items donated to the charity are from local acts, such as Oasis, Verve, David Gray, New Order, Ian Brown, Elbow, and Puressence but other goodies up for bid include memorabilia from Coldplay, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Bill Wyman, Paul McCartney and many, many others. Wanna see what’s up for bid or maybe be a bit giving yourself this holiday season? Go check out the MAG website’s auction pages.
