The Paradise Club in Boston played host to electronic superstar Moby last night, but it wasn’t until after the show that the fun really began. Following his performance, Moby left the club to get into his car and was met by a few fans waiting for autographs. As the DJ stopped to give his fans a little Moby memorabilia, he was attacked by three men with mace. The men doused Moby with mace and began punching him from behind. He gets into the details on his website: “After being punched in the head from behind a few times I turned around to see what was going on and one of them punched me in the face a couple of times and then they all ran away. So now I’m sitting here bloody and beaten up and waiting to file a police report.” Ouch!
It is unclear if the men kicked Moby’s ass in an effort to gain acceptance into Eminem’s “posse,” or simply because they were horribly disappointed with 18. More on this story as details become available.
