New Year Finds Sleater Kinney Out And About Yet Again

The end of the year is evidently the time to start announcing tours. Next up, Sleater Kinney. Everyone’s favorite all-female trio are yet again taking to the road on one of the biggest tours of their career. The ladies from Olympia, WA, are set to start the festivities on the last day of January in Portland before heading off on a 16-date tour that will see them ending up in Chicago on February 23. A handful of cities are lucky enough to get two nights of indie rock thrills, including Portland, San Francisco and Hollywood. No word on support acts as of yet, but seeing how bands like Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Liars were on recent tours, expect the openers to be news-worthy.
