While Shania Twain shaking her ass in a skin-tight, full-body jumpsuit sounds appealing, you still have to actually LISTEN to her tired pop-country songs during this year’s Super Bowl halftime ceremonies. Turning down the volume is one option, but now you’ve got another ñ NBC will air a special edition of SNL’s “Weekend Update” with Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey during halftime of the big game. NBC brass and SNL main man Lorne Michaels are still working out the details, but the two parties are expected to reach an agreement soon. Thank you, NBC! I hate halftime shows.
