King simian Britpoppers Supergrass are back in the news as they ready an assault on our shores in support of their latest album. The record, Life On Other Planets, was released in the UK last year, but will see the light of day via Island in the US on February 11. The aforementioned tour will take place in two parts, the first jaunt being an NYC/LA specific 6-day event February 8 – February 15 and the more widespread offering kicking off in Boston on March 4 and closing up shop on March 23 at Bimbo’s 365 Club in San Francisco with support coming on the second “tour” from Liverpudlian wiggers and Player .038 stars The Coral.
