Blink 182 To Re-Enter The Water This Summer

The favorite Hurley-sponsored punk-pop trio of mall kids everywhere, Blink 182, are finally ready to put their side projects on the back burner and put their collective effort towards a new band album. Drummer Travis Barker will re-dedicate himself to the cause after bashing the skins for both Box Car Racer (with fellow Blinker Tom DeLonge) and punk supergroup The Transplants (with Tim Armstrong of Rancid). Blink have rented a house in San Diego and will spend the next five months or so writing and recording the follow up to 2001’s Take Off Your Pants And Jacket with that album’s producer, Jerry Finn. The unnamed record is expected to drop this summer on MCA.
