Mooney Suzuki Sign With Columbia: Plan Re-Release, Tour

The self-proclaimed hardest working band in show biz, the Mooney Suzuki, have inked a deal with Columbia Records. On April 1, the label will re-release the band’s critically acclaimed album, Electric Sweat, which was independently released last spring. Mooney Suzuki will continue their non-stop touring by headlining an M2/CMJ-sponsored trek that kicks off on March 13 at SXSW. The boys in black will continue to take over the world on April 8 with an appearance on Conan O’Brien. The Mooney’s full spring tour itinerary has yet to be announced, but we’ll keep you posted.
