BRMC Cleared To Return To The US

Nick Jago, drummer for throw-back rockers BRMC, who was previously denied re-entry to the US, has secured a new Visa that will allow the group to once again perform in the US as a full band. According to a spokesperson for the band, Nobel Peace Prize nominee Bono has been aiding Jago in his quest for a the proper paperwork. Now that his mission was successful and BRMC are back in the US, the band will perform TODAY at the Music Care Benefit in Times Square alongside Bruce Springsteen, Sheryl Crow, B.B. King, and more. The show will honor Bono and all artists will be performing covers of U2 songs. Unfortunately, the event is not open to the public. Aside from today’s gig, there are no immediate tour plans for BRMC, though a summer trek is expected.
