muchmusic USA Will Unveil Behind The Music That Sucks March 7

Next Friday (March 7), muchmusic USA will air the series premier of their latest programming creation, Behind The Music That Sucks. According to a spokesperson for the viewer-driven, all-music network, the show can best be described as a comedically-twisted animated parody of VH-1’s Behind The Music. The show will anchor muchmusic’s new Friday all-day programming block that will feature new series premiers and special episodes of ongoing series. Behind The Music That Sucks will profile the ups and downs of six stars each episode, rather than VH-1’s one artist per show formula and will air at 9PM each Friday.

The debut episode of Behind The Music That Sucks will take a look into the lives of Eminem, Dr. Dre, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Garbage and Bon Jovi. Other stars that will eventually make it onto the program include P. Diddy, Sisqo, Kid Rock, Limp Bizkit, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Xtina Aguilera, Kiss, Van Halen, Phish, David Hasselhoff, and more.

In addition to the 9PM Friday slot, muchmusic USA will air encore presentations of the show on Friday’s at 2AM, Saturdays at 4 and 11AM, Sundays at 7PM and midnight, and Tuesdays at 9PM.
