To promote their upcoming new record, Summer Sun on April 8 (Matador), Yo La Tengo will spend the months of April, May, and June rocking your asses, with their smooth and supple array of instrumental-based bliss. Listen to a pair of brand new tracks from the forthcoming album, “Little Eyes” and “Don’t Have to Be So Sad”. Aside from a pair of dates in Atlanta, New Jersey and at SXSW, the tour officially kicks off April 10 in Ohio, spreads across the US and Europe, and wraps like one zillion years later at All Tomorrow’s Parties on June 21. Portastatic (Mac from Superchunk) will join Yo La Tengo on the first set of east coast dates until May 24 in New York, and the remaining opening acts are still tbd.
