The second annual DanceStar USA awards were held Wednesday (March 19) in Miami’s South Beach and Mitsubishi-driven dance act Dirty Vegas took top honors. The trio took home awards for Best Video, Record Of The Year, and Best Song In A Commercial, all for their breakthrough smash “Days Go By.” Another Capitol act, the wild and crazy Fischerspooner, took home the Best Remix award for their re-working of Kylie’s “Come Into My World.” Other winners included Moby for Best Act, Oakenfold for Best Dance Album, and DJ Colette for Breakthrough DJ.
