Starting April 21, brother/sister/husband/wife duo The White Stripes will have a week-long residency on Late Night With Conan O’Brien. According to a spokesperson for the label, the band will be performing a new song each night from their new V2 album, Elephant (due out April 1) and may even have some fun with a flashlight and dickey “In The Year Two Thousand.” In the UK, The White Stripes will follow the release of Elephant with a single for “Seven Nation Army.” The single will have two b-sides – a traditional standard “Black Jack Davey” and a cover of our friend Brendan Benson’s “Good To Me.”
