It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Stereolab junior, a.k.a., Broadcast, but they’re doing their best to change that. Birmingham, England’s parade of electronic popniks are not only about to play a handful of US and Canadian dates in support of their new Pendulum EP. The EP drops via Warp Records on May 6, with the band’s mini-tour kicking off the next day in Los Angeles. A mere 11 days later and it’s all over, with the final show being played in New York City. Come fall, however, a full US jaunt is expected, as well as the outfit’s third studio album and first since 2001’s The Noise Made By People. Peep the dates and track listing below.
