Favreau’s Dinner For Five Will Serve Up Another Season

Jon Favreau, star of Swingers and Made, will return as host and executive producer of the IFC original series Dinner for Five. Beginning in August, the Independent Film Channel will shoot 13 new episodes at various restaurants in Los Angeles for the third season of the show which places Hollywood celebrities dishing out dirt, industry talk, and drunken one liners while eating dinner. Dinner for Five is co-produced by none other than Peter Billingsley…ring a bell? How about Red Rider BB Gun? Billingsley starred in the hostoric film, A Christmas Story, and he and pal Favreau co-produced the film Made as well as Dinner for Five. Favreau is currently directing Elf which stars Will Ferrell and James Caan, and is slated for a late fall release.
