MTV Nixes Foos Video, RCA Rushes DVD To Market Instead

In further America-still-stuck-in-its-Puritanical-ways-but-hey-kid-buy-this-gun news, it seems that the Foo Fighters video we brought you news of weeks ago has been banned by MTV. Evidently, the in-drag shenanigans of Dave Grohl and Jack Black are too much for the Orrin Hatch fan club at MTV, so instead of catching it on one of their video networks, RCA is rushing the video to market so that we wonít be left out. The limited edition DVD will also include three versions of the bandís ìTimes Like Theseî video (US, UK and acoustic renditions) and will hit shelves on July 1. If you are too cheap to pay the money required to pick it up and have no juice with RCA, you can always wait to see the video on the Player .044 DVD in a mere three weeks or so.
