Freddy Vs. Jason Soundtrack Just As Scary As Movie

Whatís a horror movie without a scary soundtrack? And keep reading, because the soundtrack for Freddy Vs. Jason is PLENTY scary. Released by our friends at Roadrunner Records later this summer when the played-out movie hits the big screen, the soundtrack features many of the labelís bands, including new tracks from Spineshank, Ill Nino, and a previously unreleased track from the kings of masked weirdness (perfect for this movie, then), Slipknot. Also leaked as being on the un-confirmed soundtrack are B-sides from Stone Sour and Chimaira. Rounding out the known tracks is ìWhen Darkness Fallsî by Killswitch Engage, which is described on the Roadrunner site as ìthe first NEW Killswitch Engine track recorded with the Howard Jones on vocals.î Wouldnít they have just been better off covering ìLike To Get To Know You Well?î The OST drops three days before the film on August 12.
