U2’s Huge 2001 Slane Castle Gigs To Be Released On DVD

160,000 people. Thatís how many fans saw U2ís triumphant return gigs at Slane Castle in August and September of 2001. The gigs were so monumental that the band has decided to release a DVD recorded live from those very gigs. The first recordings ever released by the band of them playing in their home country, U2 Go Home will feature 19 tried and true favorites, including ìWith Or Without You,î ìPride (In The Name Of Love),î ìSunday Bloody Sunday,î ìNew Yearís Day,î ìBeautiful Dayî and more. The DVD will be released in the UK on November 17 and will also contain The Unforgettable Fire documentary in remastered form, as well as three songs recorded with multiple cameras so that a 360-degree view is enabled.
