Franco-English krautpoppers Stereolab are preparing to return to the public eye with a new studio album out in the beginning of next year. No word as to whether any of it will feature Mary Hanson, who was sadly killed in a motor accident in December of 2002. The band has recently released an EP entitled Instant 0 in the Universe EP and will follow it up with the new album, which is set to be called Margerine Eclipse and due to be released by Elektra on January 27. There may even be tour dates, so stay tuned.
