Thursday, Thrice & More Donate Tour Dollars To SoCal Fire Victims

Let it not be said that every artist is a self-centered, greedy bastard. Some bands, when rolling through the fire-decimated regions of Southern California have been giving a little something back. Last week in San Diego, Thrice, Thursday, and Coheed & Cambria played a gig in which the bands gave a portion of the proceeds to the San Diego Chargersí San Diego Fire Relief Fund to help families displaced by the fires. Island DefJam will match the funds donated by the band. Elsewhere, Puddle Of Mudd will offer proceeds from their San Diego show this Saturday, November 15, to the Salvation Army. Nice to see bands coming to the aid of the needy in times like this.
