Itís not all bad news in the Rock Stars vs. The Court ongoing battle. Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is now no longer facing charges in Australia. You may remember that Martin smashed in the windscreen of a photographer, after the shooter had taken pictures of Martin and girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow surfing and frolicking on the beach in Byron Bay, Australia. Police have now dropped the charges of Malicious Damage, because Martin had admitted guilt and shown remorse over the whole incident, which was provoked in the first place. See! Sometimes being nice does pay dividends!
