On January 13, Albuquerque, NM, quartet The Shins will support their sophomore album, Chutes Too Narrow (currently at #6 on our Year End Poll), with an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman. They’ll then hop across the pond for three London shows before heading back to the US for a nine-date tour which includes two-night-stands in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC. A February 17 performance on Late Night With Conan O’Brien will wrap up The Shins’ winter tour stint.
