Itís award time, not just in the US, but all around the world. Grammys, Golden Globes, Academy Awards, everyone has their trophies shined up and ready to had out. Add NME to that list. The UK music bible has announced its nominees for the 2004 NME Music Award and the going will be tough in virtually every category, with no pushovers in sight.
