One of the hottest current video game franchises is looking to keep the ball rolling with a new sequel. Rockstar Games, the makers of the hugely successful Grand Theft Auto series have announced plans to release Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in October of this year. After sales of 11.5 million copies of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, 10.5 million of Grand Theft Auto 3 and 30 million copies in total for the whole series, the GTA brand is a serious moneymaker and thereís no doubt that the mayhem, lawlessness and potential earthquake madness that await in the next installment of GTA will continue that trend. Look for GTA: San Andreas on October 19.
