Instead, itís the night that the Honda Civic tour is in town, with dreamy headliners Chris Carraba and his Dashbaord Confessional posse. The tour will kick off at the Cumberland Civic Center (get it?) in Portland, ME, on May 13 and will make the kids go crazy until reaching Columbia, MD, on June 24. Also on board, according to Pollstar, are Thrice, so the teen boys have something to do, too.
