Your friends at the FADER and Levi’s are going to spoil you in Austin. In addition to having a ton of killer bands like Secret Machines, Sleepy Jackson, the Unicorns, STARS, Midnight Movies, the Washdown, the Natural History, the Decemberists, Snow Patrol, Jesse Malin, Brian Jonestown Massacre, the Go and DJ sets from David Cross, the Von Bondies and Har Mar Superstar, they’re giving away goodies to one lucky winner every day at 5:01PM.

The details around the 5:01PM special are as follows:

Thursday:
Johnny Knoxville and Roger Alan Wade will present the winner with a pair of
501 Jeans and an iPOD (!)

Friday:
The winner will get a signed Shepard Fairey print and a signed print from photographer Danny Clinch.

Saturday:
Drea de Matteo will present the winner with a custom designed to order Shepard Fairey denim jacket and a $501 certificate to the iTunes store.

In addition to winning the extra special prize, each winner will also receive a pair of Levi’sÆ 501 Jeans and a pair of Converse kicks.

If you are at the FADER/Levi’s Lounge (708 East 6th Street between Red River and I35) in Austin at 5:01PM, you might win. And if even if you don’t win, there are still the best bands and DJs.
