As the buzz surrounding NYC-art/garage rockers The Walkmen continues to grow, the band has announced some additional tour dates this spring in support of their sophomore album, Bows & Arrows. These dates start May 4 in Louisville and wrap May 8 in Pittsburgh, three of which are opening slots for The Strokes. The first two of the three Strokes shows (Louisville and Cincinnati) have already sold out.
The Walkmen wrapped up the first round of Bows & Arrows tour dates yesterday in North Carolina, although they do have a one-off gig on April 1 at Irving Plaza in NYC. See the May Walkmen dates below.
