Elvis Costello To Drop Two, Very Different Albums This Fall

Music legend Elvis Costello will release his very first full-length orchestral work this fall via the Deutsche Grammophon label. Called Il Sogno, the album was recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra with conductor Michael Tilson Thomas. To prove to all his rock fans that he’s no sissy, Costello will, around the same time, release a rock & roll record via the Nashville-based, artist friendly label, Lost Highway Records. According to the Associated Press, Costello is currently recording the yet-to-be-titled new album with The Imposters in Memphis and Oxford, Mississippi. As soon as official release dates are set for both records, we will let you know.
