Two New Acts Named To Mainstage For Lollapalooza

The entire lineup hasnít been announced and the schedule hasnít been leaked, either, but Lollapalooza in 2004 is shaping up to be quite the event. As weíve reported before, already on board are Morrissey, Flaming Lips, Modest Mouse, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Sonic Youth, String Cheese Incident, Polyphonic Spree and Gomez, with the traveling circus stopping in each town for two days, Morrissey and String Cheese Incident headlining those two days, and the launch dates are July 14 and 15 in Seattle. Now comes news of PJ Harvey and Le Tigre being added to the mainstage bill. Le Tigre are currently in the process of making a new record, their first since 2001ís Feminist Sweepstakes and first release for Strummer/Universal, while Harvey will be playing in support of her new record, Uh Huh Her, which drops June 8 on Island.
