Rachel Goswell To Prove Waves Are Universal In June

First, she was the dreamy-voiced vixen of shoegazing heroes Slowdive. After that band met its demise, she seamlessly transitioined into her role in alt-country-tinged indie pop act Mojave 3. Now, Rachel Goswell is preparing to strike out on her own. The chanteuse is readying a pair of releases showcase her new, stripped-down wares. A 5-track EP, The Sleep Shelter EP, will be released in the UK on May 17 and two tracks will be featured on the follow-up full length, Waves Are Universal on June 14. Just a mere week later, the album will make its way to US shelves, June 22 seeing the album in stores via 4AD/Beggars.
