Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Gives Birth To Baby Rock Museum

Downtown Phoenix, Arizona, will we be the new home of the first Rock & Roll Hall of Fame satellite museum. Opening early next year, the “on tour” museum will be housed in a two-level building near the America West Arena and will remain there for at least five years. The Associated Press reports that the museum could become a permanent fixture in Phoenix if it is well received (current projections put the probable yearly visitors at about 100,00). A press conference will be held today outside of the America West Arena to reveal further details. Dale Jensen, the largest single investor in the Arizona Diamondbacks franchise and a Rock Hall board member for over a year, played an instrumental role in bringing the museum to Phoenix.
