Bernard Butler, Supergrass, Delays, Libs For England Soccer Tune

After being out of the public eye for a bit, Bernard Butler is jumping back in the public pool with two feet. Not only is he recording with ex-Suede mate Brett Anderson, but heís also laying down some axework on the English national soccer teamís unofficial theme song for the upcoming European Championships. Butler will join members of Supergrass, Delays, and Libertines, as well as other UK celebs and XFM-London DJ Christian OíConnell in the act coined Twisted X. The track, ìBorn In England,î will battle for the number one chart spot the week itís released with the official England Euro 2004 theme, a re-release of The Farmís ìAll Together Now.î The stars have their hearts in the right places, though: ìBorn In Englandî proceeds will go to the Help A London Child charity.
