Delays Finally Making Their Way To North American Shores

If chiming guitars, melodies, and harmonies are your thing, your thing is coming to tour North America in July. Thatís right, Southampton, Englandís Delays will be making their first foray onto our soil to showcase their debut record, Faded Seaside Glamour, which came out last month on Rough Trade in the US. The quartet, which consists of the brother duo of Greg and Aaron Gilbert up front and offering up their golden-voiced harmonies, will initiate the festivities on July 14 in Boston, before hitting most of the British music-favoring towns on their way to the wrap-up gig in Los Angeles on July 28. If you think a band that mixes The Byrds, The Hollies, and The Laís sounds like something youíd like, hunt down Delayís new record and venture out to see them live. Theyíll put a smile on your mug for sures.
