A spokesperson for the Los Angeles district attorney revealed that an arrest warrant has been issued for former Hole frontwoman Courtney Love, who is charged with attacking a female friend of her former manager/boyfriend Jim Barber. The incident occurred on April 25 at the home of Barber when Love attacked his “friend” with a bottle and metal flashlight. According to the Associated Press, Love has yet to be taken into custody or served with the warrant. Hopefully, Love will have this most recent little legal problem taken care of before the launch of her forthcoming US tour on June 18 in New Haven, CT. That tour is scheduled to wrap up on July 23 at the Hollywood Palladium, so she’ll definitely have to work something out by then. We wish her luck.
