In honor of the re-release of Mogwai’s first Jetset offering, Ten Rapid, The Tripwire and Jetset are teaming up to give you a chance to win a limited edition 10″ vinyl copy of the album. Steven Malkmus of Pavement said of the band, “Mogwai will be the best band of the twenty-first century.” So just in case you didn’t know how special they are already, take it from an indie rock guru – Mogwai rule! Jetset is taking the track “Summer” to commercial specialty radio just in time for the song’s namesake season to begin, so radio guys, keep an eye out for it. For now, in order to win the 10″ vinyl copy, just shoot an email our way with “Summer” in the subject line and tell us your worst sunburn story (for example that time I fell asleep in Mexico laying on my back with my hands behind my head, pits fully exposed. Lets just say sunburn and arm pits don’t mix. OUCH!).
