PJ Harvey Warms Up For Fall Tour With West Coast Stint

Indie rock super babe PJ Harvey has announced a brief tour of the West Coast next month in preparation for her highly anticipated headlining tour this fall. Having just wrapped up a three month festival trek in Europe, Australia and Japan, Harvey will kick off her West Coast fling on August 13 in Solana Beach, CA. She’ll then hit LA for the Don’t Knock the Rock Festival at the Henry Fonda Theatre and back-to-back nights at the Knitting Factory before venturing to San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Before any of the live dates get rolling, however, Harvey will perform the debut single form her new album Uh Huh Her (”The Letter”) on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. We’ll let you know when a tour schedule for the fall is announced.
