Fatboy’s Guitar-Inflected Single, New Full Length Out This Fall

The preeminent purveyor of big beat has returned from his time away and is ready to rock the house, yet again. Fatboy Slim has a brand new single and album ready to thrill fans and ignite dance floors alike. “Slash Dot Slash”, which is Skint Records single release #100 will be the first offering from his pending long-player Palookaville. The single, which is said to include guitars and sound like a mix of different Fatboy Slim eras, is out September 13 while the album comes out almost a month later on October 4 in the UK and October 5 in the US of A. The LP is set to feature help from a few of Norman Cook’s friends, including Blur frontman Damon Albarn and past compatriot Bootsy Collins (who features on the first US single, “The Joker”), as well as Lionrock man Justin Robertson and Lateef from Bay Area hip-hoppers Latryx.
