Things are looking quite hectic in the world of French Kicks these days. The NYC boys dropped their second record, The Trial Of The Century, in June and now they are starting to reap the fruits of that labor. This week, they’ll be the house band on The Carson Daly Show, featuring each night. Then, next Thursday, August 12, they’ll play in their hometown with Yo La Tengo at a John Kerry benefit gig. To top it all off, they’ll head out on a North American tour at the beginning of September, most dates in support of lovely UK tunesmiths Keane, but on dates featuring The Killers and Decemberists as well.
