Infinitely talented, twenty-something rock & roll veteran Ben Kweller began yet another North American tour last night at the Rocky Mountain Folk Festival in Lyons, CO. Kweller has spent the better part of this year on the road, most recently (in the US) with Death Cab For Cutie. BK’s current jaunt will take him through a number of smaller markets like Boulder, CO, Austin, TX, and Nashville and will stretch through October 12 in Richmond, VA. The 29-date trek comes in support of Kweller’s Ethan Johns-produced second solo effort, On My Way, a more stripped-down and raw record than his 2002 debut Sha Sha.
Kweller has quite a hefty fall schedule planned, as following his domestic agenda, an 8-date tour of France and one-off London gig are on the itinerary. For the full list of US tour dates, see below.
