Borland Becomes A Bizkit Once Again

It seems that Wes Borland has decided that perhaps being a member of Limp Bizkit doesn’t mean he’s a sell out after all. The guitarist, who left the cock rock band in 2001 citing that very issue as a major reason for his departure, is now back in the fold as a full fledged member of Limp Bizkit. Although Interscope has yet to make an official announcement, an image of Borland in the studio with the band can be seen on their official site with the caption “August Thirteenth Two Thousand And Four,” reports MTV News. Frontman Fred Durst also said, “Well, now the Limp Bizkit fans know about Wes. Pretty dope,” on his blog.

Borland’s return has put an indefinite hold on the targeted February release date for the new Bizkit album, as well as any tour plans the band had in 2004. “Completion isn’t on the radar,” Durst told fansite thearmpit.net. “We do not work that way. We are being driven at mach speed by our passion, and any people or persons who cannot comprehend that will be left in the cold.” Hear that, Interscope? You’d better not put any pressure on this band to finish an album, or they might break up with you. Scared? Nah, I didn’t think so.
