Mark your calendars, Spring 2005. MTV will debut a series about well-known publicist Lizzie Grubman and some of her associates called PoweR Girls. The show will follow Grubman and “her girls” as they go about creating buzz for the long list of clients at Lizzie Grubman Public Relations.
Tony DiSanto, MTV’s head of production says “the goal of PoweR Girls is to pull back the curtain on celebrity and nightlife publicity, while also examining all the real-life drama of this amazing group of characters.” Grubman drives home her point, “I’m looking forward to MTV viewers seeing the hard work and long hours it takes to run your own business,”
