The Killers To Film MTV $2 Bill Concert

The Killers have been making the rounds on TV as of late. In mid-August the Vegas band filmed an appearance on the Fox show “The O.C.” I must admit that the thought of Ryan and Marissa grinding to “Mr. Brightside” makes my stomach a little queasy. Regardless, with The Walkmen and Modest Mouse also performing at The Bait Shop this season, I’ll make sure to have my Tivo ready to go. The Killers next event on camera is for their own $2 Bill concert on MTV2. The 80’s synth rockers, along with The Secret Machines, will be taped at the Roxy in Boston on Tuesday, September 14. The show is slated for broadcast on September 22 at 9pm ET. My ass will be firmly planted on my sofa for this one.
