Charming Norwegian singer/songwriter Sondre Lerche is making the long trek back to North America next month to play some more songs off of his latest record for his Stateside fans. Beginning October 14 with a CMJ Showcase at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC, Sondre will play a run of 33 shows all across the US. The quirky, über talented Lerche will be supporting his sophomore effort, Two Way Monologue, along the way, but don’t be surprised to hear a few new songs from the prolific young man here and there.
Lerche will bring The Golden Republic as a support act for the full extent of the tour. Formally called The People, the Kansas City-based band released their first EP for Astralwerks on September 21.
