The Boss Brings Vote For Change Tour Home To NJ

Bruce Spingsteen is having so much fun on the road as part of the Vote For Change Tour that he has decided to keep on truckin’ after tour’s official wrap-up in Washington, DC, on October 11. The Boss has added a post-finale show in New Jersey so that home town fans can get a taste of the magical experience that is a politically motivated rock show. The just-added gig will take place on October 13 at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, NJ, and will include performances from Jackson Browne, John Fogerty, and of course, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.

“The Vote for Change experience has been so wonderful that we couldn’t let it end without taking it to New Jersey,” Springsteen’s manager, Jon Landau, said in a statement. “The Meadowlands is going to be shaking.”

According to Billboard, tickets for the event go on sale tomorrow via Ticketmaster and, like all of the Vote For Change shows, it will be produced by MoveOnPac. You’d better call Ticketmaster at 12:01am tonight if you want to get tix to this event. They are going to go fast.
