Lenny Kravitz needs to follow the guidelines listed above for proper toilet care, as he is currently being sued over his own plumbing problems. A leaking toilet in his Manhattan apartment caused what is being called “catastrophic” damage to a neighbor’s residence. According to NME, neighbor Joel Disend is suing Kravitz for $333,849.77 to repair the damage from the leaky loo. The insurance company Amica Mutual stated that Kravitz allowed “a commode to become blocked, clogged and congested with various materials.” You have to love the “various materials” comment. The possibilities are endless.
It just so happens that Kravitz’s residence is in the same building where Courtney Love is also a tenant. That building seems to be a legal problem magnet for rock stars. If any other musicians live in that building, get out! Hurry! Your lawyer will thank you for relocating.
