Moby Reveals Details On New Album

Moby has announced that he is planning on releasing his fifth studio album, Hotel, in spring of 2005. The new album was recorded and mixed earlier this year at Moby’s apartment, Electric Lady Studios, and Loho Studios in Manhattan.

The new 14-track LP will feature Moby’s vocals on ten tracks, two duets, and two instrumentals. This is also the first of his albums to not feature vocal samples. Moby will be playing all the instruments on the new record, with Scott Fassetto on drums and Laura Dawn singing on the duets.

Release date is set for March 14, with a single on February 28.
