Tragedy in Columbus, OH brought down Damageplan’s “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott and four others last night in a bizarre shoot out at the band’s gig. Details are still coming in, but it seems a disgruntled fan joined the band on stage and shortly opened fire, killing Abbott almost instantly. The gumman was among those killed so motive will be sorted out in the days to come. For the metaller in all of us, this is a sad day.
Dimebag, rest in peace.
