The Arcade Fire Reveal Tour Dates For 2005

With a record that seemed to set fire across the industry, indie darlings The Arcade Fire have announced their tour plans for 2005. In addition to this, they signed a deal with Rough Trade Records in the UK. The British edition will probably have an extra track from the band’s hard to find self-titled EP. According to Pitchfork, Merge is not planning on reissuing the EP, but you can pick up a copy of it at their live shows or on iTunes. If you want to go to one of these shows then you better jump on getting tickets. Pitchfork claims that the band’s second show in L.A.’s Troubador reportedly sold out in a Pixies-like 20 minutes, and two of the three San Francisco dates are already sold out as well. Here are the dates as of today; more might come along the way as things progress.
