New Order To Drop New Album This Spring

Rock legends New Order will release a new album titled Waiting For The Sirens Call on March 28 in the UK via Warner Music. The album, which is the follow-up to 2001’s Get Ready, has yet to receive a release date from Reprise in the US. According to Billboard, the new album will find New Order working with a slightly altered band line-up. Keyboardist Gillian Gilbert will be exiting the group and guitarist Phil Cunningham, who previously toured with the band in ‘01 when Gilbert opted to stay home to care for her daughter, will be stepping in as a full-time member.

As of now, there has been no mention of a tour in support of Waiting For The Sirens Call, but we’ll let you know if we hear anything.
