Interpol Announces First Leg Of ‘05 Tour

The second single (”Evil”) from Interpol’s sophomore effort Antics was the #2 most added song at alternative radio this week, proving that this album has a lot of life left in it. Providing further proof is the fact that the band just announced the first leg of their ‘05 world tour, beginning with a 15-city string of US dates. The tour will kick off at Bogart’s in Cincinnati on February 7 and stretch through February 28 at the Electric Factory in Philly. Blonde Redhead will support all dates.

Following that, Interpol will head overseas for dates in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain.

In case Interpol isn’t stopping by your neck of the woods this time around, fear not. You can see the band from the comfort of your very own living room when they appear on Letterman next Tuesday (Jan 18).
