M83 Release New Album, Tour

We love M83 and now they’re coming to play the U.S., including a show at Coachella. To get you psyched up for the tour, they will be releasing a new album titled Before The Dawn Heals Us next week. If you missed the boat on this one, M83’s last album, Dead Cities, Red Seas & Los Ghosts sparked an indie frenzy on our shores when it was released in Europe during the fall of 2003, selling more than 2,000 import cds. Then KEXP brought them over, sponsoring their first North America tour in Sept 2004, selling out New York’s Bowery Ballroom and LA’s Knitting Factory, as well as performing two shows in one night in Chicago when demand became overwhelming. It doesn’t get much cooler than that, until you hear their seductive and incredible new album. Check it out already!
